It is good idea to plan time during the week for your meditation. Pick the time that's best for you, taking into account your other occupations. Since a meditation is an encounter with God in prayer, set aside enough time to do it well. If you are able to, plan on twenty minutes to half an hour. These points are a means to engage in a personal conversation with Christ and deepen your personal knowledge and love for him.
