It depends on where you are. In many countries there are groups and organizations that help with scholarships for seminarians, sometimes locally and sometimes nationally. And then each diocese has its own way of helping the seminarians. Some, because they are missionary or just in poorer areas, have less material means, but it is always best to get in touch with the diocese or religious community you are interested in so as to find out what you need to do. The bishop usually knows the people who help the seminary or the organizations that support seminarians directly, and he or his helpers will give you suggestions.  

Make sure to pray also, and to do all you can to work and save.
