I want to apply for a religious order in another country but don't think I'll be accepted. Any suggestions?

I would like to apply for a religious order in CANADA or USA but I don't know any religious that would accept me coming from my country. 

Dear Enrico, 

If you do not feel a strong call to a particular group that is not in your home country, I think it is best to seek information closer to home and see where God leads you. If you are interested in a particular group get information from them and speak to the people in charge of vocations, and be open to what they say.
