	Joseph asks: I want to get involved in Religious life, how can I get a list of all the different major Catholic Religious Orders and Societies along with some information on each one. I think I would be better suited as a brother. I am 37 years old and am mostly healthy but I have carpal tunnel in my left hand. Would that be a problem, as far as anyone accepting me? Do I need money? I just returned back to the Catholic church and am familiar with the basics of the Faith. Thanks for any help.
	Dear Joseph: You can get information and descriptions on most religious orders by ordering the booklet called 'Guide to Religious Ministries'. Address: 210 North Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801. Two phones: (800) 433-7771, and (914) 632-1220. The Guide is not huge, the descriptions are clear, and there are handy reply cards included. The conditions for acceptance differ from one order to the other, so I think you should browse through the booklet, and get in touch with whatever order inspires you or you think you are most suited for.
