What are some requirements of being a priest, sister, etc.?

Dear Daria,  

The most important ingredient for a vocation is that you are normal: that you have at least normal health, normal maturity for your age and normal intelligence. Then there has to be an interest in the vocation, and the proper motivation- in other words, that your reasons are spiritual in nature, and not just convenience.
