No one is worthy of a vocation. Just like no one is worthy of being a Christian. It is a grace that God gives.  

If you are thinking of it, there is already the chance that you are being called. If you want to love God above all things, that would be further evidence. If you know what you give up, and are convinced that what you have to give up is good and beautiful too (your own preferences, marriage and a family, certain possessions...) but you want to do it out of love for God, that might make it even clearer.  

I don't think you can go any further in knowing God's will without actually doing something to try to find out where. You are probably already thinking of some group in particular, so make contact with them and see what happens.
